Logan J. Sherrill

Logan J. Sherrill is an M.A. student in the Roshan GIDP in Persian & Iranian Studies. He previously received his B.A. in History from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where he was advised by Dr. A. Asa Eger. His research focuses on the Abbasid period of Islamic history (c.750-1258 CE) with a particular focus on the intersections of historiography, power and knowledge, and memory of the past.
